Returns and refunds policy

Ask for a return from the order after delivery, promptly, while the item can still be inspected. Faster is better. Some categories (unsealed cosmetics, underwear, food, custom cuts) are often not returnable.

How it works

1. Follow Create a return on the delivered order.
2. The seller approves or refuses, with a reason.
3. If approved, logistics books a pickup. Keep the original packaging if you still have it.
4. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, after the return is received. They are not instant.

ClickPoint vs vendor

Items sold by ClickPoint are decided by our warehouse team. Items sold by another shop are decided by that shop first. If they stall, open a dispute or a support ticket.
