Timelines

After the seller marks a carton ready and logistics collects it, Nairobi deliveries are typically 24–48 hours. Other counties are typically 48–96 hours. Weekends and public holidays can add a day. These are promises, not guarantees, until the rider scans delivered.

Fees

Checkout quotes shipping in Kenyan Shillings before you pay. Nairobi is usually cheaper than up-country. Heavy cartons can add a weight component. The amount on the paid order is the amount that applies.

Track

Signed-in shoppers use My orders. Anyone with a tracking code can use public tracking. Status is based on scans, not a map pin.

Missed delivery

If nobody is available, the rider records a failed attempt. We retry or ask you to collect from a hub. Keep your phone on and the address complete.
